Washington Redskins Rules question

The rules on the nano blitz are a little confusion to me if someone will clarify a little that would be great. But let me explain what's confusing to me let say you just run a blitz out of the 4-3 or 3-4 90% of them have linebackers going in threw the tackle box and from what I understand you are not allowed to control them? If someone could help that would be great. And I'm not sure if this makes a difference but this is in reference to Madden 25 for PS.
Thanks for the help.

You can't take control of a player and manually rush them to blitz the QB in between the tackles for regular drop back passing plays. It doesn't apply to running and play action plays.

Ok I don't mean to be that guy but how in the world are you supposed to know? So pretty much blitz them but don't user control them then right?

You aren't; you do it at your own risk. What you said in bold is correct, but you can do it off of the edges.

That is a standard rule in Madden's competitive scene; it's been around for several years now. Players have been able to abide by this rule from then until now; I'm sure you can too.
